Green Life Property Development is an investment company offering Bulgarian real estates to individual and portfolio investors from U.K., Ireland, Russia, Spain and the Scandinavian region. The Company purchases attractive terrains in the Bulgarian ski and seaside resorts. Supported by many consultants, subcontractors and partners the Company organises the construction planning and designing, the building activities and the marketing of the holiday complexes.

Green Life is financed by two main sources:

• Off-plan sale of the apartments
• Financing from Bulgarian Banks

The main Green Life investments in the period 2004-2007 were oriented to the following locations: Pamporovo (Evridika Hills Apartments & Spa); the town of Bansko (Paradiso Verde Ski & Golf Residence); the town of Sozopol (Paradise Bay, Pardise View and our latest investment – Paradise Dune). In 2007 Green Life is planning to enter the market of the city residential self-contained complexes and the first investment is to be soon announced.
