We select the site after a careful research of the market in the respective segment, as well, as an assessment of the investment potential.

The apartments we offer are suitable as a new home for life style investors who intend to use the apartment and to let it out and at the same time, as well as, for portfolio investors demanding quick returns of the amounts for the real estate purchased offline. Prior to finalising a project 90% of the apartments are sold and as from the start of the sales till the finalisation of the project the market price goes up at the average of 15%.
